Fat Man

The Rocket Reducer No. 555 (Fat Man) is an original character that I envisioned when I was listening to the song Rocket Reducer No. 62 by the MC5. The name is a direct reference to the song, however, the number 555 comes from the nonsensical lyrics "ramma lamma fa fa fa". He is based off of the mechs found in the Ma.k universe, along with inspiration also coming from my favorite scale model maker, Luca Zampriolo, the creator of the Kallamity universe.

Below is a short, condensed version of the basic rigging system implemented into the Fat Man model. The basic rigging was done by me, but the more complex soft body rigging and follow functions were done by the wonderful Lauren Wagoner, whos website is laurenwagoner.com. A more in depth rig breakdown will be available by request there.

BONUS. Here is an outtake render that has the incorrect textures placed on the head and left arm. This can be seen as a lack of rust around the edges of each structure.
